  The Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia- with Chapters in Atlanta, Athens, Macon, Columbus, Augusta, Savannah, & Valdosta     
The Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia is a trade association composed of mortgage lenders, brokers and affiliated industry associates. This Association is dedicated to the preservation and improvement of the mortgage banking correspondent system. The Board of Governors of this association encourages its members to use sound and ethical business practices in the making, marketing and servicing of mortgage loans. We promise to keep the members informed of changes in mortgage laws and pending legislation that affect the real estate and mortgage business.

      There are seven Mortgage Bankers Association chapters in Georgia to serve their communities. We invite you to join us in making Georgia a desirable place to establish homes and to raise our children.

You will find a member list elsewhere on this website. 

We can accept complaints against MBAG members only
(not non-members).
Complaints against non-members should be directed to the Dept. of Banking & Finance at 770-986-1633.
