• When printing, the background shading which separates each row of a table can be printed by changing a setting in Internet Explorer. Select Tools > Internet Options > Advanced and check the box next to "Print Background Colors and Images."

• Any number of search techniques will work.
• For example, when searching for First Mortgage, you may enter First or Mortgage or even just Mort.
• To search for John Doe at First Mortgage, enter John in First Name and Mortgage in Company Name.
